We talk through your dress, veil, venue and the feel you want - and lock in dates for the trial and the day.
The Trial
A relaxed run-through of your chosen style so it looks and holds exactly as you want, well before the wedding.
The Day
On the morning, we style you (and your party) to your timeline, so you leave the chair camera-ready.
The Finish
A final check, styling on hand for touch-ups, and product guidance to keep the look flawless all day.

Do you do a trial before the wedding?
Yes - every wedding booking includes a bridal trial. It’s a relaxed run-through of your chosen style, tested with your veil or accessories, so your look is confirmed and perfected well before the day.
Can you style my bridesmaids and family too?
Absolutely. As well as the bride, we style bridesmaids, mothers and family so the whole party is coordinated and photo-ready together. Bridal-party styling is priced per person.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can - wedding dates, especially Saturdays and peak season, fill quickly. Get in touch as soon as you have a date so we can secure your trial and the day.
Where are you located?
Characters Hair is on the first floor of Royal Randwick Shopping Centre, 73–109 Belmore Road, Randwick NSW 2031, with 4 hours free parking - an easy, central base for brides across the Eastern Suburbs.
Booking Policy
Deposits & cancellations
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Unconfirmed appointments may be released, and deposits are retained only if we’re unable to fill your appointment time. No-shows may forfeit their deposit and require prepayment for future bookings.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and appreciate your understanding and support.
