Our team are all certified with the prestigious L’Oreal Professional Colour Degree and use only the highest quality and results driven colours from L’Oreal Professionnel.

Characters pricing is a reflection of our commitment to continual training and education. All prices include GST. All prices are subject to variation without notice. All new clients to Characters Hair are required to pay a $50 deposit per service booked. Missed appointments or bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or arriving late will incur a loss of deposit. Characters Hair reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments. No shows will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments. Booked appointments cannot be cancelled on arrival of visit.
